FastRecruit Team subscribers have access to our all new home page. This home page will help coaches quickly manage their lists of recruits, see upcoming schedules and view recent notes.
To start, select the 'Home' tab from the top of the screen. This will also be the default home page when you open FastRecruit on the web.
You can then select a list from the drop-down menu. In the example below, I've selected 'LG's List', to show recruits that one of our coaches, LG, owns the relationship for. The 'Schedule' tab defaults open to view upcoming games for those recruits.
On the 'Schedule' tab, you can see a calendar view in a Month, Week, or Day format. You can also select an 'Agenda' view that lists games for a specific day.
From the month view, you will see specific dates that list number of recruits, games, or appointments happening on that day.
Selecting the 'Games' link will bring up details about the games scheduled for that day. You can select the 'Star' icon to the right of each game to prioritize that game on your schedule. Selecting the 'Recruits' link will pull up a list of recruits playing on that day. Selecting the 'Calendar' icon to the right of each recruit allows you to create a new appointment, such as meeting with the recruit after their game.
On the Week or Day views, you'll see games displayed as seen below. The name of the recruit you are following will be displayed right on the calendar.
Selecting any game will show the details of the event, including time and location:
The agenda view will show games in a list format instead of a calendar. You can still choose between Day, Week & Month to determine how many games appear:
Select the 'Star' icon to the right of each game to prioritize the game on your schedule. Selecting the 'Actions' menu let's you select the 'Pencil' icon to edit the game details (time, location, etc.) or invite other coaches to the game, which adds the game to their schedule as well.
No matter what schedule view you are looking at, you always have an 'Actions' menu and search box available in the top-right corner.
The 'Actions' menu provides you with 3 options:
1. Add Event - Allows you to create a new game or appointment that was not on your schedule before.
2. Export to CSV - Allows you to export your schedule as an Excel spreadsheet.
3. Print - Prints the schedule view that is currently showing
You can also type in keywords in the Search box (venues, teams, recruits, etc.) to quickly find specific games on your schedule.
Next to the Schedule tab is the Notes tab which will show any previous notes documented on the recruits in your selected list. You can also search through the notes by typing keywords into the search box in the top-right corner.
Filter by Recruit:
On both the Schedule and Notes tabs, you can filter down the recruits in your list using the left-hand pane.
You'll see the criteria for your list displayed right below the list you selected. In the example below, the list 'RC Recruits' shows all recruits with a class of 2017 or after, and coach 'RC' assigned.
You can sort recruits by name or class, name is selected by default.
You can check/uncheck the boxes next to each recruit to include them in your schedule or notes tab. Click 'Select None' to quickly uncheck all recruits.
Clicking on a recruit's name from this left-hand pane brings up a brief menu as seen below. From here you can filter your schedule/notes tabs for that specific recruit by selecting 'Filter by Recruit', pull up the recruit's profile to view/edit any information, and add an event, note, or last contacted information.
