Similar to Mail Merge, you can now add variable text fields (first and last name) directly within your message body. This feature can help make your messages feel a bit more personal instead of appealing to a large audience indirectly. While there is an informational tool tip listed to the left of the message body area reminding you of the feature, you can manually type in either {{FirstName}} or {{LastName}} exactly as shown, right into your message. Upon receiving the message, the respective information of that recipient in your account will show in the text or email that they receive.
