Upon importing CSV files of recipients int your system, you will receive a notification message as well as a report you can download that will notify you of any partial or non-imported recipients, each of those with a specific reason as to why they were not uploaded correctly. The possible messages will be as follows:
Email Invalid - The email address of the recipient could be uploaded
Phone Number Invalid - The phone number was not a valid phone number or was not a mobile phone number
Email Duplicate Exists in CSV - Two or more of this email address exist within the CSV
Phone Number Duplicate Exists in CSV - Two or more of this phone number exist within the CSV
